We inform all our customers that orders are checked constantly, about every 5 minutes. Depending on the payment type, your order is delivered in approximately 2 hours after it was made. If your order is to be delivered to a department inside Nicaragua, delivery will be made in approximately 24 hours after it was placed.

Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
Our delivery times are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.

All orders placed before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and before 11 a.m. on Saturday, in the city of Managua, will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, will be delivered the next day, at the time you have previously selected. Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Saturday and all day Sunday will be delivered until Monday at the time you have previously selected.

If you want your groceries delivered on Sunday at any of our available delivery times, which are, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, you must place your order before and in the comments section tell us the day you want to deliver your order.

National Orders canceled by credit or debit card through BAC-Credomatic, quickly pass through certain data checks. This is done in order to prevent fraud against your card and fraud against, we confirm your information through a database of people and personal details, such as name, identity card, birth date, street address, telephone number (preferably conventional, non-cellular) that Ìs provided by the credit card institution.

For international orders, we confirm details of the person that makes the order before any delivery is made.

Delivery to Departments

This method of delivery to departments inside Nicaragua, may take a little longer, usually 12 to 24 hours, depending on location. It is considered a special delivery, because of the different shipping methods. we deliver to all departments and accept credit/debit card payments and cash deposit in the bank. The shipping methods are:

  1. - The person making the ordert, besides giving us their data accurately, must provide precise details of the person receiving the order.

    In this option packs and seals in boxes to prevent delivery of damaged products, it is our commitment to well package your goods. Once the product has been packed and all is correctly sealed WE DO NOT accept claims for damages that may have been caused in the transport process.

    We ship to transport service, we call the person receiving the order, letting them know the time the bus left Managua, the number of the plates, the bus color and the driver is name. The person who is to pick up the order has all the responsibility of being on time at the bus station for pick up. Giving the driver a document that identifies them, identity card, passport, driver is license, any of these documents, that the person making the order provided to, so that the person in charge of the bus will hand over the merchandise. The value of this service, can range from $ 5.00 to $ 25.00 depending on the load, number of packages and the department of destination.

  2. - If you want a City Market work crew member to personally deliver the goods to your doorstep/family members doorstep to any department of Nicaragua, this can cost from $ 5.00 to $ 40.00 depending on load, number packages and the department of destination. Similarly we need accurate information from the person ordering and the person who will receive.

    In both forms of delivery to departments, we reserve the right to delivery. If any order after 48 hours, could not be properly verified, both the sender and the recipient, the order will be rejected. if some data are inconsistent with the information provided, the order will be rejected. Any time an order is rejected, has an additional 48 hours to issue a refund, for a total of 96 hours after the order was made.
